Designing at the Intersection of Empathy, Engineering, and Global Health
Designing at the Intersection of Empathy, Engineering, and Global Health Interdisciplinary designer and biomedical innovator merging human-centered design, technology, and global health. Experienced in translating field research into deployable, empathy-led solutions that empower communities and improve
health equity. Driven by curiosity and cross-cultural collaboration to create sustainable systems that scale meaningful impact. I Design with empathy, constraint, and curiosity to connect technology, humanity, sustainability, and development.
The world is wider than the one you were handed.
I design solutions for the real world—across India, Kenya, Nigeria, Chad, DRC, the U.S., and beyond. My work spans PETRA, a thermal-AI device predicting diabetic foot ulcers weeks before onset; Honey Unchained, a fair-trade beekeeping venture supporting low-income Kenyan farmers; and Unchained, a global podcast amplifying uncaged stories that live outside the American bubble.
I build devices, startups, and systems that merge engineering rigor with human-centered design for low-resource settings. My portfolio includes patented medical devices, adaptive engineering for disability, AI tools for global health, and design projects developed across hospitals, labs, and communities worldwide.
